Kyo Roll En x 3 Michelin-Star Chefs from Singapore
This Mid-Autumn Festival, Kyo Roll En collaborates with three Michelin-starred chefs from Singapore to create limited-edition mooncakes inspired by their iconic desserts.
- Orh Nee – A refined take on the classic “Yam Paste with Ginkgo,” featuring silky taro purée, crunchy water chestnut, ginkgo, and goji berries. Crafted by Chef LG Han (Labyrinth, Michelin 1 Star for 8 consecutive years, featured in both Asia’s 50 Best & World’s 50 Best Restaurants, and on Netflix Chefs Uncut).
- Sweet Potato–Oolong Tea – Kyushu’s Satsuma Imo sweet potato paired with aromatic oolong tea, reimagined from his signature dessert. Created by Chef Zor Tan (Born, Michelin 1 Star 2024, ranked on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants for two consecutive years).
- Kaya Toast – A tribute to Singapore’s national favorite, blending kaya custard with smooth peanut butter. Masterfully crafted by Chef Jason Tan (Euphoria, Michelin 1 Star for 3 consecutive years, on Asia’s 50 Best for 10 years, and winner of the La Liste Award 2021).
